District 28

CD-28 stretches from the Rio Grande Valley north to Laredo and San Antonio including portions of Bexar and Hidalgo counties and all of Atascosa, Frio, Guadalupe, Jim Hogg, LaSalle, McMullen, Starr, Webb and Wilson counties.

President George W. Bush won CD-28 in 2000 and 2004, and the non-partisan Cook Political Report rates CD-28 neutral (R+0) between Republicans and Democrats in 2010.
